Rules for New Poll

This applies only to "my" flock.

We can vote, just not for ourselves...becasue that is not fair.
(Radar doesn't think we should vote at all, but that is really up to you)
However, if you vote you can only vote ONCE. I know some of your computers out there let you vote more than once. (Unless you vote for someone new each time...that's okay too)
